Can we at least agree that this SC is not impartial? Something that some of us have been saying for a long time but is only being realized by some.

SC’s conduct would have been very different had this been a case against PPP. Here ‘maintainability’ takes years but in other cases SC makes its decisions in a hurry.

Agreed. This thread is about partial and incomplete judgement of Ch Iftekhar. Again shame on him and the people who are trumpeting songs in his praise. He should have announced long term imprisonment, penalty of getting back all government money back with at least payment of Rs 1 billion as punishment and getting all money back from the anti-PPP politicians with life ban on their participating in the elections.
