He said than bravely in SC in those days that he have done this and said some thing more that this case was remained close for more than a decade after that .

That is very true. And in another interview with Kashif Abbasi around the same time, he mentioned how they were on the verge of dissolving IJI but were stopped by Maj Gen Naseerullah Babar.
The biggest mistake ever made by ZAB was to politicize the ISI. Since then, ISI has been impossible to control on the political front. I dont know why the current (or past PM) didnt issue any decree ordering the dissolution of ISI’s political wing? Even if on paper, it would have been an important first step.
