15 dead in Bhakkar suicide blast Updated at: 1725 PST, Monday, October 06, 2008
BHAKKAR: Fifteen people were killed and 40 others injured in a suicide blast that ripped through the dera of MNA Rasheed Akbar Khan Noorani in Bhakkar on Monday.
The MNA is among the injured, sources said.
People were exchanging Eid greetings with the MNA at the time of the blast.
The injured are being rushed to District Headquarter Hospital.
Police has cordoned off the area.

these people are scum of the scocity and people who train them are barbaric uneducated kafirs (even though they call themselves "muslims").
I wish these kafirs (so called "muslims") own sons & daughters die in suiside blast infront of their eyes so when they see their own loved ones body parts scatered they realise how it feels to lose innocent people.
It seems that a woman was involved in Bhakkar suicide bombing. Target was not party members who are opposed to terrorists but was of PMLN. I think that one should think of other causes too before finalising that it was really Taliban or Al-Quiada terrorists responsible of Bhakkar suicide bombing.

There is no point denying it. Wahabis are what wahabis are. They hate us. Its them. Its not hard to accept it. People like YOU are making pakistan weak. I feel like I'm a minority when I blame the extremist sunnis like i rightly should, and people like you start brushing it away as "oh we don't really know who it is." Think about it you weakling! Calm down. You are coming to your conclusions too quickly. No one is supporting Wahabis, Taliban, Al-Q, or suicide bombers. Nevertheless, only stupid do not think of causes before coming to final conclusions and if you could not understand than that is not my fault.
What I wrote has some reasons. Suicide bomber in Bhakkar was female (as the news coming) and target was member of PMLN. PMLN is behaving as if they are speaking on behalf of Taliban, AQ and those spreading fitna. So, to think of all causes and working at Bhakkar bombing with open mind is appropriate and does not mean that one is closing eyes about extremists involved in rest of suicide bombings.
For instance, suppose if a girl killed herself in revenge of misdeed done to her by those who were target, then? So, thinking before conclusion is more appropriate in Bhakkar case than just getting to conclusions, and that is not weakness or shameful, but appropriate thing to do.

The Niwanis are not PML-N..they maybe PML..but mostly pro govt. This event ..is just following the path of least resistance, all you need is a map and a knowledge of the areas where the govts authority is weakest to understand the spread.

Dear brother, I only said that IF the suicide bomber is a woman and IF target was associated to PMLN than we have to think a bit, because PMLN is pro-Taliban voice in Assembly and suicide could be done only by either fanatics following Taliban cult or in very unlikely situation, it could be revenge by a helpless women against her tormentor.

Is Niwani Shia? I remember that a legislator from Bhakkar had raised voice in the assembly a few weeks ago against the war going on in Kurram Agency. If he is Shia then that will explain him being a target of terrorists.

Actually, Southern Punjab is a stronghold of Jaish-i-Mohammad, which also has links with Lashkar-i-Jhangvi. The motives seem to be sectaian as well as political.

Yes, it was Niwani that had raised voice in NA against the ongoing war against Shias in Kurram agency by Taliban. No wonder they tried to blow him up. These groups are the same. Call them Lashkar Jhangvi, Taliban, Jaish, Harkat ul Jehad, TNSM or anything else, there evil philosophy and evil methods are the same. They seem to change name based on when, where and whom they are targeting.

It is really sad. These people are not Muslim and I think we need legislation in Pakistan to deal with the situation. I am starting a new thread recommending the required legislation. I hope that if it is done than most troubles in Pakistan started by fisadies would be over.
