Its quite strange when people say "these are not muslims or no muslim can do this". Its akin to saying that only non muslims can do such horrible attrocities. This is quite unjustified with 3/4th population of the world.

Allah has forbidden suicide on Muslims. So, when a person believes on suicide than obviously that person is not Muslim.

MULTAN: Pakistani police on Tuesday said a Shia lawmaker whose house was targeted in a suicide attack had earlier received threats from a sectarian militant group linked to Al-Qaeda and the Taliban.
