it is bad if such thing happen whether india or pakistan , it is worse if police sides with culprits, it is worst if people start shielding criminals in the name of country , religione, caste, creed, ijjat and for the sake of face saving.

I think it was the "Welcome to Pakistan" heading that got people riled and you know this forum and how pseudo-patriotic people can get. It is not just limited to this forum, as I doubt I can go make up topics about gujrat on bharat rakshak without getting banned in 30 milliseconds.

There is no proof that Afia Siddiqui was gang raped. What happened to her like they delayed treatment of a gunshot wound is horrible, but she had the option of not getting involved in jihad charities by NOT divorcing her husband and marrying khalid sheikh muhammad's nephew. It is like someone played with fire and died, it isn't ok that they died, but it wasn't also advisable to play with fire in the first place.

PS I just commented since bilson is on some stupid US shows, so I didin't think europeans watched them but meh whatever.

certainly india is not any better place , even news about father raping daughter has been heard, but police ,govt, ngos came forward and helped the victim, here a terror organisation is involved and victim has not been oppressed by the familymember , a marriage certificate has been issued after forced conversion of a 12 year old child from minority and lowest of the low sweeper class. now member from majority is forcely converting and raping 12 year old child a minority this makes the case worse . i have no intention of defaming pakistan .

as an indian i have very very high opinion of gup shup forums and people posting here and the standards setup by admins , you should not mention bharat rakshak here
bharat rakshak caters to some weird class (hate pakistan) it is no where near gup shup . i came across a similar defence related forum where indians are abused like anything with mother sisters you can keep bharat rakashak forums with that one.

Of course religion is not to be blamed for this, but these militant religious/criminal organizations are.. They actually use this logic to justify their own crimes against innocent people. Nobody is blaming religion here.. people are blaming these criminals from jihadi militant religious organizations..

This poor girl is not America.. she has not allegedly gang raped Aafia siddiqui.. I fail to understand the logic of bringing Aafia Siddiqui in this discussion in the first place. If that crime took place that's a different crime, committed by different people.

The bottom line is these criminals have become black mailers in our society. They commit crimes and hide behind the facade of religion. Police or society can do nothing against them because they exploit religious feelings of the people. If any action is taken against them, they give the impression that the action is actually against the religion. They hide in the religious seminaries with huge pile stocks of arms.. and no one can raid these seminaries because they portray it as an action against religion..

This is a situation which is unique to Pakistan.. people are not saying that crimes are not committed in other countries. It's just in other countries these crimes are treated as crimes.. while some people in Pakistan justify these crimes as a religious duty being performed by these criminal gangsters..

I don't know why this simple matter can not be understood by some people..

well that would be anti pakistani mentality as other countries are also not free from such matters, but surely the criminals either of any jihadi or politically group must be hanged and killed. thats unbearable and Islam had never forced non muslims to forcefully convert to islam, thats terrorism and ignorance. :(
