When I lost the 16kg first time round all I get was Pilates for weight loss and it worked really well for me ! I guess it depends from person to person!
i did a bunch of videos from this channel for like 40 mins a day and it worked super well. Plan to do the same this time.
inspiron, do what you know works for you. Like you said, everybody is different. If pilates will kick your butt into shape, then keep at it!
I think it is important for people like you and I to show everybody that with exercise and portion control, you can become fit and healthy. This is what Weight Watchers is all about.
There are a lot of products on the market that claim to promote weight loss (shakes, etc.) but it's all fake. Nothing other than self-control and exercise will produce results.
To maintain the health fitness necessary thing is that to manage your diet proper even use the high diet protein in which include the red meat eggs as well fish is concerned.If may use the fruit juice enable the body to do more work with energetically.

I just had a huge salad right now, that was great.
BTW I am doing the 30 day shred, am eating healthy, but my dheet body is crazy, I allways lose weight 'during' pregnancies but afterward I gain it again.
Just recived my 2 other JM DVDs .. so excited about trying them out, have to say that I can only exercise after kids are asleep.
I am certain you will get laods of great advice on how to alter your diet I am sure you get plenty of exercise running after the kids too! so maybe there is something in your diet which can be tweaked?

Saadia well done for starting a regime after bubba! 30 day shred really got me working and toned whilste watching my diet, just hope i can do it after this one too inshallah...
