I need to lose 12 pounds in 6 weeks - put on 10 during exams and pak
Ok so this is what I am gonna do - a very very low carb diet + pilates + 3 litres of water day.
Day 1.
Weight - 132 lbs Chest 36 Waist 26 Hips 38 Dress size UK 10
Aim - 120 pounds. Chest 34 Waist 24 Hips 36 Dress size UK 8
Breakfast
2 boiled eggs, sugarfree cuppa tea
Lunch - 1 grilled chicken drumstick + 4 Tablespoons of rice
Snack - 2 Oranges + cup of tea
Dinner at 7 pm - garlic and chilli salmon stir fry with carrots, peppers, onioins and salmon
1.5. litres so far!

Join up on myfitnesspal.com and then maintain your log there. I have found it to be extremely helpful as they have nutritional info for almost every food out there and you can add random strangers who do actually support and motivate you.

This weight loss goal of yours is very doable. Why don't you add a workout regimen to your schedule as well. Losing weight is one thing, and getting toned is every better!

And niks I will do Pilates everyday - the pop pilates stuff on youtube which is super duper tough!!!

And where is eating snack (dry food in particular) every two hours insprion?. Remember ya gota increase your motab at the same time maintain ya're weight.

Meh not a good day so far :/
Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs, 1 Orange and 1 Yoghurt
Snack - 2 of those chocolate prince biscuits the ones you get in pakistan :(

yeah if they are sugar free...usually granola bars are packed with fats and sugar and carbs!!
p/s having an occasional biccy wont kill your diet off....
im saying this while munching on peaches and vanilla ice cream!!! Someone save me

I am fighting off the urge to eat chawal and karahi gosht for dinner. Might mix some daal and chicken together and have it with achaar with a tablespoon of rice.

inspiron, I am also getting into shape, but I am doing an outdoor bootcamp 2-3 times a week at 6:00 a.m.
Breakfast: Boiled egg and chai
Lunch: Meat/fish.
Dinner: Roti salan (sometimes I go without roti).
No snacks. If I need to snack, it's fruit or yoghurt.
I tell you, doing an outdoor bootcamp at 6 am is exhilarating and I am already seeing results. It's great for your confidence as well.
With my body type, pilates will not cut it. I need to do high intensity cardio ....

It's just different types of cardio and weight/strengthening exercises. It's all outdoors, rain or shine, we go and we go hard.
