Anyway, I think both parents should take responsibility in raising the child since its their fault their children are having sex to begin with and later on when the children are adults they can have custody.

I’m more interested in the custody issues. Do you think the child mother should be allowed to retain custody of the baby?

Both have Slavic last names, but they look like darkies, especially the boy and their mommies. Most likely romani people/gypsies, so they prolly don't even know their birthdays...
