Intelligence agencies always tell but the police don’t act, something like that story would emerge again.

There is a serious lack of coordination in Pakistan. In India and US after the terror attacks, they formed a National Security Council kind of umbrella organization for ensuring this coordination. 10 years into this war and we have nothing like it.
