10 Plagues of Egypt - Quranic version

Re: 10 Plagues of Egypt - Quranic version

If you think that’s enough to justify it (which for the record I think is completely ridiculous), then what about the fact that Allah gives and takes life anyway, so since he’s taking the life of not just those who are unjust, but of everyone, man, woman, child..human or otherwise, would you also say that killing anyone or anything is justified by this fact?

If we say the 10th plague is true … It is not a process of murder … Where one person killed another … It was an angel of death that went around taking souls … Everyone will die anyway … It just so happened in a way that they all were taken in one go … To show that Moses (AS) is not a magician, but a true prophet …

In Islam there are three explanations for suffering:

  1. We are given it to test us for patience
  2. We cause it upon ourselves
  3. As a form of expiation in the Hereafter

So an innocent victim who was murdered will be getting 3) … Expiation in Hereafter. And the murderer will get a heavy punishment, as much as Allah (SWT) Wills. You are continually viewing the death of children as an injustice on the children … It is only a worldly injustice … That they were deprived of adulthood … However, if it was their time to go … They go … In the Passover … No one killed the children … They just died … Together. If anyone was feeling hurt it would be those parents … The kids themselves could have been saved.

Does this justify killing children even in war? No … It does not, because the injustice the murderer does is on his own soul.
