ZUMBA si!

heyy guys

so recently the gym i go to regularly has ZUMBA fitness classes! let me just sayy its soooo much fun, and its totally hilarious.
If u love dancing, and want something to spice up ur workout, zumba is good - its really fast though so if u have joint problems-- stayyy awayyy.

Its like latin dancing…im sure u can find videos and info on the net.

Its a good workout, cause u work every body out and u dont really realize it cause your dancingg lol

but itsgood totry new things out every once in a while,give it a whirlllll

Ive been taking zumba for a few years but have been more consist with it recently (the old class relocated and I wasnt able to attend)

i love it!

I read that you can burn 800 calories taking that class and the hr goes by quickly. I dont feel like im working out...i feel like im clubbing :D

I must warn you however...It is EXTREMELY high intensity so if you are not used to taking high intensity classes ...this isnt the class for you. You will have to work your way up to that level.

Also I agree with baigette. If you have knee problems...dont take the class.
