1)Are acts of cruelty done by human beings in an Islamic context? If so how does one distinguish between the acts of destroying cities and kingdoms.
I remember hearing quite often an Islamic verse that a ruler can be Muslim or not but if they commit acts of cruelty. Allah will surely destroy them..I don’t remember if it’s from the Holy Quran or not so I am curious.
Evil: Is it something Allah has created or is it something shaitan created, if the latter is true how does that fit in with the fact that Allah has created everything?

can Allah lie..........
if Yes: He is a lier and thus no good
if not: He is not a Qadir (who can do any thing)
so my brother Allah (swt) is still Qadir............coz He can ( has the power to) lie but He is Just/Good therefore He does not lie........................so my borther not lieing does not negate His powers of being QADIR.........

1) not creating evil does not negate His power of being creator of every thing.........( He can create evil but He does not He is only good)
2) Shaitaan is the creator of evil, which is to some extent right if you call it creation.........(I do not and will explain shortly) coz he misguide us and the result is evil/bad...........
3) who is the creator of Shaitaan ( as a Jinn not as a Shaitaan ....... coz Allah is only good and can not create shaitaan)............answer would be Allah, so follow the chain....... and end is Allah ( if u want to call it creation)
4) Is there any thing called evil/bad.......... i beleive no( and chachaa Ghalib beleive too).......coz ........evil is the absence of good................... to give u an example......... remove light/bulb from the room u will get darkness......that is removal of bulb/light ( good) results in darkness (evil/bad)................
I appreciate u for starting this thread and need some help on the above questions that u put #1 and #2 for better understanding so I can try to answer
