UNHCR or DOS do not do their own investigations. They rely on other sources. So just because they use the words like US or UN, you can not use them as if they are court documents.

If you have any sense of justice in you, if you are a man, then you need to admit that comparing Kamal’s incident with Zulfiqar Mirza racist baboon’s incident is not the same.
