To counter MQM - Naseerullah Babar way was the best way - but instead they went for another monster solution - Aman Committee!

This is a new method employed post 911, instead of removing the issue militarily create militias to fight on behalf of the state (this is reminiscent to the lashkars in FATA). I don’t think if this would solve the problem or not but am certain of civil war being ignited through these tactics.
