In America, local people know India by remembering Gandhi, and remember Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto while recognizing Pakistan as a country. Perhaps this is applicable to all over the world.

Which “local” people are you talking about? Those who hang around jiyalas? People here hardly knew where Pakistan was until 9/11, after that all they know is Musharraf or Benazir … nothing about ZAB.

After watching this video, there is no doubt that he was the best leader Pakistan had, who could have changed Pakistan in to one of the best country in the world to live in, if he would have allowed to continue.

In a way I am glad he was not allowed to continue sadly it was army to do it, otherwise he would have also become ameerul momineen like Nawaz Sharif tried in his last tenure, he destroyed the economy by being copy cat and nationalized industry. I tried to refrain from bringing up his negatives but you guys are just short of giving him a saint’s status.
