No need of showing your ignorant joyfulness, it was cancelled because of possibility of terrorism/suicidal bombings. Read news before you write above ignorant statement.
By the way it does not matter whether official ceremony or not. He will always be remembered as the best politician ever happened to Pakistan till dooms day. He will be remembered by millions and millions in their hearts what a superb leader he was.
In America, local people know India by remembering Gandhi, and remember Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto while recognizing Pakistan as a country. Perhaps this is applicable to all over the world.
