Ziyada Mirchain in Salan :(

Hey lovely people, I made murgh makhani and have added far too many chillis into the masala. Is there any way of correcting this or am I stuck with a Salan that burns mine and hubbys lips off? Please help :confused:

Since, it's makhani (butter chicken?), try adding more cream or butter.

Eat with plain rice.

put aaTaa balls and a little 1/4 cup of water in your saalan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Thanks for the tips. I ended up simmering the Salan until the cream (not butter) had reduced and then made Biriyani using it! Tasted wonderful Mashallah! Definitely something I'll be trying again if I don't like the Salan or have had too much of it!
