I think the easiest for you to purchase would be Witch Doctor Witch Hazel Skin Treatment Gel. You can get it from Superdrug. This is what I used to bring down the inflammation after electrolysis and it worked wonderfully.
The Body Shop tea tree oil is a little expensive but it's ready to apply to skin without further dilution. You just want to put one or two drops on a cotton pad and gently swipe on the face where you had the waxing. Don't over use it. If you do happen to get any pimples, you can spot treat with a Q-tip.
On daily basis I use a witch hazel hydrolat but that would be too weak for your purposes.
i got my face waxed two days ago and ended up having lots of small zits on my face ...my skin type is oily and prone to acne....i was already trying to get rid of acne marks but now this waxing has done more damage.....i will be getting married in november inshAllah...help me have a good skin guys:(
Hi, Im not sure if anyone has suggested this yet or not because I havent read the whole thread. I had the same problem. I get my face waxed often and I would always get huge breakouts immediately after having it done. Then just one trick changed all of that. After you have it done, splash your face with cold water a number of times (dont use soap or a cleanser). Then apply a thin layer of polysporin. Leave it on for a couple of hours and then wipe or wash off. then apply a very thin layer of it at night too before bed. You will have 0 zits, I promise.
