So a linesman not seeing it makes it acceptable? And great players are supposed to be able to handle mind games. You condoning his actions just confirms your mentality from other posts, where you have condoned people bombing other innocent people. Really.

Does it really matter? honestly? Its not like hez returning to soccer.
His achievements are far too great, and He will be remembered.
So what if he did that? He obviously felt the need to do it, he must have his reasons, he isn’t stupid.
Its his career, which already ended. Maradonna went on Crack, big whoop. These things don’t kill a player’s skills and achievements.

I read the article. The journalists voted during half time and said they would change their vote if they could after seeing what Zidane did during extra time. They did not want Zidane to get the award.

^ They don't even wait till the end of the match before casting the votes? What a farce, there is no way he should have got that award after such a shocking display. It's not as if there were no other close contenders.
