I researched on i.When the production of dht(dehdrotestosterone) is start in your body,so to cut it down you can take 75-100 mg,its safe

Zinc makes me feel faint.. they're the only tablets I have trouble with :(

As i mention in my previous post that i want to cut down the level of dehydrotestosteron(dht) and zinc is one of the best dht blocker so in spite of asking question if you just tell me the name of zinc supplement.I think this is what i expect from you guys

I don't take it anymore.. Used it alongside Biotin (to grow hair more quickly + make it stronger and healthier) as the Biotin was giving me spots and was told Zinc would stop that..

If you need Zinc tablets as supplement, why dont you go to a Pharmacy near by and ask them for it? I think that would be much easier than asking on a forum. The pharmacy staff will be better at advising you than us. However a quick google search came up with this, perhaps you can find something interesting here:
