Zina (Adultery) is not only refers to intercourse but also all mentioned below and there are many different levels of Zina (adultery) like:
Zina bil lis’san - Tongue = The tongue is licentious speech
Zina bil Sam’ee - Listening = The ears in listening to voluptuous (song or talk)
Zina bil Basar - seeing = The lustful look
Zina bil Fa’ail - by action (i.e. using hands, feets etc.,) = The hand is the lustful grip (embrace) and the adultery of the feet is to walk (to the place)
Zina bil Qalb - by desires = the heart yearns and desires which he may or may not put into effect.
Lets discuss how inadvertently zina commited from us and how we can avoid ourselves from this sin.
Yes. Even making a shape by using our hands for such purpose or to show others, using our feets to walk at desirable place, also counted in 'Zina (adultery)'.

llama Mahmood Alussi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates in Ruh-ul-Ma’ni: “Atta (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I have heard that on the Day of Judgment one group will be brought in such a way that their hands will be pregnant. I think they are the masturbators.” Allama Alussi further says: Saéed bin Jubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (Allah’s Grace & Peace be upon him) said: “Allah Exalted will inflict punishment on a group of people because they misused their private parts.” (Ruh-ul-Ma'ni p. 291)

And some really terribly want to get out of it, but cant because it is an addiction right?
So for those, does Allah put their wishes and duaas on stake because they ahve been committing the sin?
How should they keep themselves away from committing Zina?
