To the best of my knowledge, the above statement is not accurate. Did a google search - keywords " zimmermann 911 calls doctored". Came up with following. Yes nbc omiited a question from 911 opreator " what is his race". No mention of the above being doctored. Appreciate it if a link is provided backing up above critical claim.

Typical of Florida. So segregated even in metropolitan south Florida. Don’t even think about going to some areas in Florida. Serious racism.

Where are you getting your information from?! The 911 calls were not doctored in court and 911 specifically told Zimmerman that he did not have to follow Martin since someone was being sent right away. Please stop spreading information that has no credibility.
Zimmerman never questioned Martin. He followed Martin. Martin got scared since he was being followed and decided to hide. When Zimmerman came his way, Martin confronted him as to why he was following him. If Zimmerman had any sense, he would have declared he was part of the Neighborhood Watch and introduced himself but since he is just a coward little pansy, he never bothered to keep his calm and ended up shooting him.
The case was decided in absolute accordance with the law. Florida law gives you the right to use deadly force if you reasonably fear great bodily harm. If the jurors had decided otherwise, they would have essentially ignored the law of the state, and given a ruling based on sympathy. I don’t know why people are protesting the verdict when they should be protesting against gun laws and the laws of the state. It’s such a horrible tragedy but it would be naive to think that the verdict would have been different. I can’t stand the laws of the South. Even though the weather is quite warm and the cost of living is so cheap in the South, I would never ever move there just because of such abhorrent laws and blatant racism.

Agree with what you said, but the prosecution also messed things up, as well as the judge. They didn’t push for the intent part (based on racism) and that whole part was thrown out I believe. All they had to prove was that Zimmerman had a history of racism and by not listening to the 911 operators to stay put, he instigated things and his intent was to cause harm. The whole thing is so royally screwed up. A young boy is dead, family is without any kind of solace, and this scumbag is out and able to carry a firearm again. Stay classy Florida.

What I don’t understand is that almost every day a black teenager/adult/child dies on the south side of chicago, detroit and in big cities like newyork and for some reason this particular case is getting so much attention from the media and racism against African American. I’m sorry but black people kill and rape white people all the time. How often do you see white people going out there rioting against the blacks because that would be considered racist? And on top of that, Zimmerman is half hispanic half white!!!I’m not trying to justify the murder of this 17 year old boy but to go out there and riot on the streets for days and cause chaos in the name of racism and how it’s still alive in america is ridiculous!
