Aside from what Zia was, punishments prescribed in the Holy Quran are primitive? So what makes punishing a criminal through giving lethal injections ok????
I am amazed at how writer a in Pakistani newspapers such as Dawn can speak with such disrespect about something that has its roots in the Holy Quran.
