Lets see now, the kids leg against the exhaust of the motorcycle from which i remember last time my leg was against it got burnt. Then you have these two doofuses grabbing the child from every which direction like he's some goat pulled by the harness and ear. Cops like these make you wanna take the law into your own hands and show them a thing or two about what is done with police brutality.

Im no pakistani police expert. But the last time i checked they dont drive red single motor bikes.
Before we arrive to any conclusions we must know exactly what happend.
To me it seems, that the policeman dude on the bike asked the boy to bring a cigarette and when the boy brought him the cigarette, the policeman tried to leave without paying. The poor boy ran after him to get the money. At which time the other policeman dude (traffic police-wala) jumped in the action to teach a lesson to the poor bugger for daring to ask a paitee-bandd bhai for payment. The dude on the bike is just trying to keep the boy off him so he can be on his merry way, and is relying on the traffic police dude to teach the pest a lesson.
man if i eva saw these i would kick there behinds. how can pakistani governing bodies be so stupid to hire illitrates(mani dont know the spelling) at these positions. ohh i am sorrie. there not much educated people in pakistan. another problem.

Ok, since I posted this pic, I will tell you guys what happened here. The caption in the newspaper said that this poor kid is a newspaper seller, not any menace to society. Here is the caption:

Now these two idiots got caught red handed, but there are others who abuse their powers every now and then and I can safely say that 80% of people on this forum have seen this kind of behavior from the police. As they say: PAKISTANI POLICE: PEHLE CHAMAAT PHIR BAAT.
