anyway, next time, while resizing image, instead of using jpg, turn the brightness AND contrast (only for text images,not snaps), and export them in gifs.. lets say .. hmmmmmm.. 16 colors, 8 will work too ..

if u HAVE to resize dimensions wise, just do it in steps.. 15-20**%** shrink, then apply the SHARPEN filter.. then shrink, then filter.. u will get to know what i mean
