One thing is not cleared to me Married NY. Do you need to roll the dough out BEFORE cutting shapes out of it using cookie cutter as suggested? Or can you simply make a ball and throw them in the oven and they will flatten out as they cook?
Another thing: Is maida and all purpose flour the same? Are they interchangeable in a recipe like this one?
P.S. These do sound good and easy. I am going to try them out for sure.
I made these cookies just mix, roll then cut, but salt is over next time I will use 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup castor sugar rest is fine very crunchy yummy.
