ahem… anyone know a website where you can get those dangling balls that are stitched on suits/dupattas. someone did post a link a while back but i cant seem to find it.

I am not sure if someone on GS provide those online but if you need them, you can post a request on bazaar talk and someone might be able to help.

I had to go out tonight to a dinner party tonight and wore a dress with studded dangling balls (the balls were hanging down from a gold dori) the material of the dress was delicate chiffon, and the balls kept getting stuck and pulling on the chiffon , I don't think the outfit is going to last long because of this... The bottom of the frock had a lace with balls too, but these didn't bother the dress at all, so you may want to consider the different types. My outfit came from Pakistan.

funky_chicken: Looks like those are called Zari balls. The thread I’m posting below will give you some info. on where you can find these in Pakistan. If you don’t have any friends or relatives there who can ship it, then you may want to seriously consider the suggestion written by Eastern Dresses. If you post something in the bazaar forum, you should be able to find someone from Pakistan and make arrangements with them to have the necessary accessories shipped to you. Hope this helps.

I do not now weather u get them onlne , but am petty sure u do , if you are in pakistan or india can get them very easily.
