Re: Zardozi in Lahore

they have the kapra and kaam they do everything themselves.....u gotta bargain with them....its cheaper than designer....and expensiver than the regular shops that don't have quality kapra.

Re: Zardozi Renowed shop in lahore

I bought my wedding lehnga from zardozi.....best decisons i've ever made.....people say they are pricey but i did not find them overly priced at all....they carry amazing clothes
I found saleem farbrics very paindoo.....i wouldnt suggest that store to anyone

Re: Zardozi Renowed shop in lahore

^ How much was it? Myabe it was alright for outsiders but for ppl living in pak (and earning Pak money) maybe its expensive for them..

Re: Zardozi Renowed shop in lahore

sara it was 1 lakh....it was a little more but we got it down to that much
and from what i have heard people living there shop at that boutique not just the foreigners.....its much easier for the locals to get something made ie. price/choice.....they have all the time in the world

Re: Zardozi Renowed shop in lahore

^ Oh okay..mine came from rang mahal (same price) and afterwards my dad found it somewhere in liberty..for twice the price..

Re: Zardozi Renowed shop in lahore

in liberty zardozi and think pink have very reasonable prices....i got my lengha from think pink and my friend got hers from zardozi.....both are very awesome....both places are good if you want something with good material somewhat designerish and not too expensive....really an expensive lengha is not worth it...i have never touched mine again.....get something nice but not worth 2 or 3 lakh

Re: Zardozi Renowed shop in lahore

Pyari i'm still waiting for wedding pics :(

Re: Zardozi Renowed shop in lahore

all of my cousin were telling me to go to a designer and i really didnt want to have something for the sake of its name/brand.....like pyrai said it really isnt worth paying that much for something you'll only wear once....or maybe after a couple times.....i just happened to walk into zardozi....saw around 8 different lehngas and 9th one was mine.... and i really didnt want to do any marra-mareeing....that was the most quickest shopping experience ever....but i can safely say...that is the only store i am gonna shop from when i go nex time :)

Re: Zardozi Renowed shop in lahore

marra-mareeing.. u mean shop around/khajal hona.. :D

My barat and walima lehngas both were from Zardozi. I didnt want to khajal hona in that hot weather back in July last year and just walked in, saw the 2 most beautiful pieces and ordered them!

Barat one was for 65.000 Rs and Walima one was 85.000 Rs. Everyone loved my chioce and I just loved the way they had made them!

Re: Zardozi Renowed shop in lahore

Zardozi is situated in liberty next to Ehsan.

Re: Zardozi Renowed shop in lahore

Hye Chameli really curious to see them.....if u could do so........:)

Re: Zardozi Renowed shop in lahore

wow, isn't 65,000 and 85,000 rupees expensive for a bridal lengha that you will only wear once in your life?

Girls...where is the best places (shops) in Lahore for Bridal dresses that are reasonable prices and still very nice?

Also...is it better to get something ready-made or buy the fabric and get it made yourself?
