But these bloody boot walas taken majority chunk of our budget made civilian to involve corruption. If Army gets 30% of the budget, instead of 60-70%, then civilian’s life may become easier. For God sake, tell your heroes that we don’t need their heroism which they show by fighting others war on our land.. Restrict them to their barracks, instead of getting an eye on huge areas of land in cultivated rural areas and posh urban areas.

The budget that the army actually utilizes is 16-17 % which I think is still too much, the remaining 84 % unfortunately is misused by the civilians.
