I recently got married and had Zara's for both days....worst decision EVER! I won't recommend it at all.
Their services portion was a disaster! I have very fine hair on my whole body and had full arm and full leg waxing in my package. But when they waxed it, it looked like I had stubble all over! When I complained, the girl dealing with me was very rude and said it was my own fault for not growing the hair out for long enough (I had let my hair grow out for 3 months for this very reason!). I was upset, and my mom was pissed, so she made a fuss, and they finally called out the manager or whoever. Turns out, the girl had used hot wax on me instead of cold wax (like you're supposed to for light hair). To be fair, the manager was very conciliatory and they did bring me to a private room and attempted to "fix me up". The damage was already done though and I consoled myself by putting henna all the way up my arm and halfway up my legs so the little bumps weren't as visible.
My cousins went with me too. One of them had the same waxing issues as me (only her issue was that she has thicker hair). For another cousin, they apparently put bleach on her face without cleansing it first and the bleach reacted with her moisturizer somehow. This left her with burnt and peeling skin, which took several days to recover enough to wear makeup. Yet another cousin got her eyebrow screwed up. She has a slight unibrow and the salon girl practically took off half her brow from the middle. My cousin had to get it fixed up for the wedding by drawing it in!
Mani/pedi were also subpar. They didn't even scrub or clean out the cuticles until we asked them to. By that time, they were trying their very best to please us, so they just did as we asked.
The bridal makeup was okay, but she made my face really caky to the point that you could see cracks within the first hour. Some of the other brides looked really pretty, but I think it was more luck than the expertise of the MUA.
Again, really won't go there again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
