^actually the burden of proof lies on your shoulder: you have to show that she was her mahrem. If there is no evidence that she was his mahrem then it follows that she was his non-mahrem. In fact, if she was his marham (most likely throgh marriage), then why would she only serve him for 3 months? You see the context is against you and you are the one who is being intelleculty dishonest. Unless you can show other text in your support, your case is weak to say the least.
