The title role is by Nida Kazmi, who is the daughter of Sahira Kazmi. She is ok, and her dialogue delivery is very original. She is probably not coached or anything, so is kindda fresh, unprofessional sort of a girl.
I didn’t rent it… I saw it when it was aired by PTV. Its nice…although typical of Sahira Kazmi dramas, a bit stereotypical characters.
E.g. the husband of Zaibunnisa (Adnan S.) is a typical idiot! He beats and abuses his wife everytime, and she, being the faithful wifey, still sticks with him… For a while, in the middle, the drama was a troture…

I just watched it
and loved it
for one thing i was getting sick and tired of watching actors i glam roles, driving their pajeros, waving their mobile phones all around
I think the drama is very close to reality
It touches the subject of 'understanding' bw two people
Both Zaib and Mahmood loved each other true
however Mahmood failed to communicate and zaib failed to realize that SHE is a person too
Pristine umm dont think the drama sterotyped anything
Mahmood was cranky cause of his job, his financial problems and stuff
instead of trying to sit with his wife to solve the problems he resovled on hitting her to hide his faults
and zaib wasnt keeping quiet for nothing
she was trying to make her marriage work

I think she did a supberb job, other then her I liked Ali who played her brother ans Sitwat the doctor
I think the drama touched very lightly a subject that lies in each and every household

i finally got a hold of it...watched the first 3 episodes so far. The drama is pretty good. Only Nida Kazmi is not doing so good in her acting. I am still enjoying the drama very much.
That Adnan Siddiqui is playing his role well enuf though. Never seen him in such a role before.
