Yes he will. He has not been lynched yet. The judge is bending way over backwards to insure that he gets as fair a trial as is possible. The short answer is what stu said above.
Thank you people for replying. I don't think that this guy has a fair chance, I think he blew up his chance when he plead guilty and then all of a sudden changed his mind. PLus there are so many people who are affective by the september 11 attack so it will be very hard to find a jury that is so open minded. I hope everything works out fine for him but I personally believe that he should be charge for what he did.
