Was it always in the modern territory of Pakistan or from Iran ,Afghanistan???

alHamdolillah, you are a Muslim and that’s it! there is NO zaat paat in Islam…everyone is a “brother/sister in deen” to everyone else.

my grandpa name id “Haji Ghulam Rasool” and late grandpa “Haji Ghulam Mohammad”.
Should not you be asking your grand father sit your zaat?

Haji is said to be put with those, who have had Hajj. It has nothing to do with Zaat. And yes, asking from someone old from your family can help you more
