Its complete goat and is rosted in special way (Sajji) though what here it is... its not pure sajji as they dont care what they are cooking but the originalay it is Sajji of arabi mathod with rice though we can say biryani but it is rice for arabs... löl

Very tasty and you can never eat this all up as the Sajji is not very simply made of rosted meat rather butter youghurt and more stuff.. yumy yumy... :p
