You could make a dip. Or you can simply buy a dip. Salad dressing make good dips for veggies such as Ranch. You can try peppercorn ranch, or buttermilk ranch dressing. Creamy Italian dressing is nice as well. Or you can buy a jar of veggie dip. And store the dressing/dip in the fridge for future use.
Hummus makes for a nice dip as well.

Yogurt mixed with achaar. Or yogurt with a bit of garlic and salt. Yogurt mixed with hot pepper sauce. Vinaigrette dressing dip.

my cousin makes this fab spinach dip. She takes that round shaped bread (forget what its called) cuts the top off of it and uses that as a bowl for the dip. Looks creative and tastes good.

angel eyes, the Lipton Soup spinach dip with sour cream etc? Hmm. The hot dip is really good too.

Halwa..........have you tried mayo mixed with a bit of achaar????? YUMMY!!!!!!! Or mayo mixed with hot sauce? Mmmmmmm! Or ketchup mixed with imli chutney.....oooooh, it's so good!
Have you tried Greek-style yogurt? You can get it by the carton at the local grocery store. And it's richer, creamier, tangier than regular yogurt. Adds a richer flavor to desi salans too.
