Looking at the first para, these guys did not just disfigure photos, but ransacked the advertisement boards. I would say it was hooliganism.
But the captured boys are saying that police captured wrong people.

The advertisement board was blessed to have President's picture on it otherwise even if people had urinated over an advertisment board no one wud have cared, atleast not the police.

I would appreciate the police's decision to arrest the guys for disfiguring the president's photo, because remember that droplets of water are able to make a river. If the police caught the wrong person however and are refusing to listen to them, that is stupidity... the "ganderiyan" scene should've been funny though.

Actually my understanding is that his action were a reaction to Shareef's unconstitutional ouster of the COAS.
SC I believe did rule that Mushy ouster was illegal and thus carried no legal weight.
