Until Waqar retires as a player, he shouldn't be removed captaincy because he leads by example, doesn't have ego problems, has the support of his team mates and the board.
Yohana is a fine batsman and he should not be burdened by captaincy.

I absolutely love Youhana and his batting. The guy is extremely reliable and seems like a quiet guy who goes about his business. The biggest plus I think is that he performs regardless of the opposition, meaning he doesn't get intimidated by SA and Aus like our team does.
I didn’t mean that Yousuf Youhana should be made captain anytime soon. When the time is right, he could play a similar role for Pakistan to the one Steve Waugh currently plays for Australia.
