One should concentrate on "one duty at a time" and remove everything else from his mind which might distract him.
Enjoy making positve efforts with positive thinking, no matter what one comes across in life.
A dua which has done wonders for me in alot of such situations, after reciting it I have been able to do things which I previously considered to be beyond my capability.
" O' Allah! nothing is difficult which you make easy for me, and when you want you make every difficult thing easier "
After you recite it, Allah would create circumstances that you would be able to perform your duty well with ease.
