A person who puts a smile on someones face, even if you don't know them very well is way better a person in my eyes than any perfect little miss who has never been to a night club, never worn a short skirt in her life and who has never had a maccy D's
The things you mentioed are just certain things that a person is doing right and are all good things in their own right. We could easily replace the never been to night clubs, don't eat at McDonald's with giving money in charity and volunteering for instance. Just because a person does somethings right doesn't necessarily mean that they will do everything right, and on the other hand it doesn't mean that they won't also do other things right too.
For instance, a girl can be such that she has never been to a night club and doesn't wear short skirts, doesn't eat at McDonald's AND she has good manners as well.
