^ Yes in a way...but are you ready to be changed? Think about that..thats in one sense thinking about death.
Death is a name given to a transition..your soul never dies, your body does.
I wasn't talking about death as in something you think about when on a flight or in a risky situation..I wanted to discuss death as a fact..something no one can deny.
If its a fact, something EVERYONE can agree on, then are we or are we not preparing for it? Do we think about it everyday?
as it being a fact..and something that most humans find disturbing...the transition from this life to the next...then logically.. we should worry about it everyday, but we dont?

well Cresci.. think about it way.. no one can ever be fully prepared for it, you never know when it comes…
all it takes a bad deed (willingly or not) to trash it all.. I will prefer it sooner for some obvious reasons.. but it doesn’t mean I am prepared for it.

Preparing means, you've given it thought, and you're doing the necessary actions to make your afterlife better.
Let me put it into a muslim's perspective, we believe in the hereafter..its one of the articles of faith. So Now, I prepare for it, by being good, by adhering to Quran and Sunnah.
Since Death is a fact, You can't avoid it, I know its going to happen, so the more i think about it, the more i prepare for it (doing good deeds, worshipping Allah, etc) so whenever it comes im ready in a sense, atleast I tried.
So thats death from a Muslim's point of view.
What about atheists? what do they view death as? DO they think about it everyday? Because it will happen, one do or another, maybe even RIGHT Now.

i never think of myself dying though…coz i worry abt my family
it’s just something inside that makes me worry about what will happen to us if something happened to mum and what will happen to mum if something happened to mum.
and you know the solution to my problem? Namaz…i alwayz on the dayi think of this i end up reading all 5 namaz…which is a good thing.

I also used to think about Death alot .I also had once a dream tht I was dieing ..but u know @ the end I wasn t died...
But the best part of this tht I am not afraid of death ..do u knwo y??? AS nobody knows where they might end up..so what I used to do ..whenever I thought about death ..I just recite the FIRST KalMA ..And thn I am fully satisfied OK If I will die now ..now no problem ..as I have a believe tht now as I have recited the first kalima I will go straighforward to jannat as it will be my last words ..bcs its a Hadith tht..I don t remember exactly ..but it means tht ..Anyone whose first spoken words and last spoken words before death will be the first kalima .....SO whtever he has does b/w ..he will go to Janaat straigh forward.....so wht we need to do is ..just have a firm believe on this hadees...
and whenever u think about death ...instead of fearing from death..u must red first kalima and ...now u r 100% sure u will be going to jannat..as will be in jannat so be happy happy ..
