the problem lies on Computer system, or your ISP? Internet connection?

Lol, the reason I come to this website is because it's alot faster than others so there's definately something wrong with your connection.

I used to get the same problem few months ago, even though I have cable. It went away eventually.

GS feels relatively slow on my computer as well.
