these kind of people at a social gathering:

1- The overly talkative ones
2- The quiet ones, just looking around but not speaking much
3- Someone’s kid who keeps touching your mobile or keys and other stuff

1. politelynexcuse yourself
2. start up a conversation with them…they usually don’t know how to start a conversation.
3. tell the little brats to leave your keys and phone alone, they’re not a toy. If they continue get the parent.
