Well, it is said that the Moulana was drunk while sharing his views live on T.V. I wonder how they came to know that whether he was drunk or not What is your views?

May be the maulvi sahib was speaking slightly slurred and too much emotional emphasis in a way that led to the conclusion … but personally I would not raise such an accusation at anyone. It may be that the person is on medication and some medicines, like tranquilizers have similar affects to alcohol.

Epileptics often experience an aura alerting them that a seizure is imminent. They may have a tingling feeling or smell an odor that isn’t there, right before the seizure.
A person with Alzheimer’s can also appear drunk. Alzheimer’s is a form of dementia. People with dementia suffer a gradual loss of brain function that impairs memory, language, and judgment. A person with Alzheimer’s may be confused and exhibit signs of paranoia. They may have mood changes with aggressive behavior.
Maybe you can relate to one of these conditions or know someone who does. If someone recognizes the signs and symptoms listed and have not been diagnosed, seek the services of a health care provider. It is also important that someone else knows if you have a serious medical condition. They can make sure you get help in case you are incapacitated during a medical emergency. Seen his other videos too, seems to me that he talk emotionally and in the very accent which appears to many others that he's drunk or high on something.

The maulana is a nut case in general but in this case the maulana spoke against Imran, hence the character assassination campaign against him is going on. How can any one determine he was drunk because he appears dizzy and slurred a few words? His explanation is that he ate Paan. It is plausible as Paan with tobacco can make one dizzy.
