It is OK in my book. As long as the relevant parties don’t forget to put the seat up or down as the case may be in that household.

Ive seen it working.. and I’ve seen it down the hill as well. I guess it depends on how orthodox the families are. Those which ended up in disaster, had their families play a strong role in that.
Other way to make it work is just be sensible and dont let the sect differences come in between the relationship.
