But it’s not unusual for relatives or friends to call a child “dark” in a derogatory way and the parent just keep quiet.. Come to think of it I’ve seen parents talk about their own kids as well like that.. not that it makes it ok of course..

Its not unusual but two wrongs don’t make a right. “He did it too” doesn’t sound right coming from anyone…not even a child.
