it works like the mathematical concept of 'asymptotes' the graph will never touch the 90 degree steepness, though it will come really steep, and it will never touch 0 degree flatness, though it will come really near..

metabolism can be increased with total food intake increased, but mealsize decreased, gradually. i used to eat regular 2 meals a day with snack in middle or not even .. was always on the go-go schedule, (fulltime work, fulltime studies, and both places 3 hrs away, one way). so had no time to eat.. i constantly used to find myself tired, aching body, troubled sleeps, no sleeps at all, constant itching ..

now i eat 5-8 times a day, eat shorter meals, 70% more food overall than what i described above, n i've lost 40pounds and gained some muscle, but progress keeps on becoming slower and slower, cuz body is touching its genetical limits now in terms with metabolism rate thats skyrocketted, and muscle that i can gain .. and every day i have to work harder and harder to get lower and lower results ..
