I seem to making my Urdu weird, half of it is Urdu some if English, does anyone do that? I.e. 75% sentence Urdu with random angreeji words thrown in, I can’t help it

can't express myself coherently in urdu. :(

we speak urdu and english, parents punjabi.

Urdu with my nani when she visits, but combination English and Urdu with everyone else.

a mixture of Urdu, Punjabi and English.

a few days ago, i met a pakistani guy at work. He was born and raised in Britian, but understood and spoke awesome punjabi. Surprisingly, he had trouble understanding simple Urdu.

English with my sister. Mixture of English and Urdu with parents.

Urdu at home with DH and the kids, but if I have to tell the kids off it has to be english...Urdu just doesn't have the same imact for me....hehehe
