Oh boy, oh boy! A thread just for my kind!

I am surprisingly traditional enough to think it’s best to move to follow the husband’s career rather than the wife’s. The reason being, there may be stretches of time where I wanted to stay home and look after a family in which case his career and its development is something I’d want to help foster.

If I got an amazing job offer and he wanted us to move so I could pursue it AND he could line up a job for himself, sure I’d take it. But I would never demand it, it would be a conversation where we looked at what was in the best interest for our family.

In other words…you have no clue
