Your Health Routine

Food: I eat a raw vegan diet. Raw fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds.

Exercise: Cardio 2-3 times a week, Yoga 2-3 times a week.

Tips: Drink lots of water, think positive and learn to keep stress down.

don't eat more than 11 apple seeds...they are carcinogenic! :)

I don't eat apple seeds. Mainly flax, hemp, sunflower and pumpkin!

on a serious note, all the seeds have oil content...if you eat too much it may first cause skin problems. pimples are one example! :)

Well seeds are at the top of the food pyramid. So I eat very little of them. But they're an excellent source of Omega 3, so very important.

If we talk about Asian health routine then we know that Asian people never give preference to the health and food and due to that they gain so much weight and get different diseases but there is one country like China who take lot of care of their health as they drink hot water, use boil vegetables and do regular exercises to maintain balance health in their daily life.

When I am eating healthy, my routine is pretty simple:

Morning BPC Coffee

Gym

Afternoon egg frittata loaded with veggies

Evening dinner usually grilled meat with veggies

Snacks are usually cheese sticks, walnuts, avocados.
